My name is Drew, and I started Basin Facility Crew with a goal that goes beyond simply building a business.
I've always wanted to build a career where I can work with my hands, serve my community, and make a difference in people's lives. One of my biggest goals is to eventually become a firefighter — a dream I've had since I was young.
Before starting Basin Facility Crew, I was also fortunate to compete as a Division III college football player. Being part of a collegiate football program taught me lessons that have stayed with me well beyond the field — discipline, teamwork, accountability, and what I feel is the most important, the importance of showing up for the people around you. Those values continue to shape the way I approach both my work and the relationships I build with those around me.
Basin Facility Crew is part of that journey.
The monthly service model allows me to build lasting relationships with local businesses while providing them with dependable property care. At the same time, the recurring nature of the business gives me the flexibility to pursue firefighting opportunities, training, and eventually serve as a firefighter while continuing to take care of the businesses that put their trust in Basin.
To me, those two paths actually complement each other. Firefighting is about showing up when people need you. Business is about showing up when your customers need you. Both require reliability, hard work, accountability, and a willingness to serve others.
My goal is to build Basin Facility Crew into a company that businesses can depend on for years to come, all while continuing to pursue my own dream of becoming a firefighter and serving my community in another way.
